The role involves the processing and activation of successful asset finance applications within the Payouts function of the Asset Finance division. This should be done accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements, best practices, and standard operating policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily administration of Payouts and the activation of lease and HP documents in a quick and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance and adherence to internal practices
- Complete regular audits of all system statuses to maintain reporting accuracy
- Maintain a commercial view whilst activating documents and assisting stakeholders in collecting outstanding information
- Work collaboratively with Underwriting and Sales Support teams to ensure efficient processing of proposals within agreed service levels
- Respond to queries via telephone and email in a timely manner
- Complete verification calls with customers for due diligence
- Ensure all data is uploaded onto relevant systems completely, accurately and in accordance with GDPR guidelines
- Analyse and share your ideas on Payout process workflows to maximise efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the experience for our clients
