Telemarketing Executive Brighton City Centre Full Time- Office Based
Purpose of the Role:
- The Telemarketing Executive is key in driving directly generated income for the business, and as such is a critical role in the overall sales process.
- You will target key businesses within our customer demographic, engaging with high level decision makers to gain their interest in our product offerings.
- Working closely with our Regional Sales Directors, the Telemarketing Executive will book prospect meetings and support in developing the business relationship moving forward.
- Contact from the Telemarketing Executive can often be the first time the prospect has spoken with the company, so ensuring a highly professional service is delivered is key.
- Through our marketing activity we also receive enquiries via both digital platforms and telephone calls directly to the Sales Support Team.
- You will be responsible for qualifying inbound enquiries and passing on to the Regional Sales Director where appropriate.
- Working from our contemporary Brighton office you’ll be supported by a highly experienced team to help develop the knowledge and skillset needed to achieve the KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide excellent telemarketing to generate new business appointments for our Regional Sales Directors.
- Work to high volume call and duration targets.
- Develop long lasting relationships with prospects, and act as a Brand Ambassador.
- Qualification of inbound telephone and digital enquiries, converting into qualified sales leads.
- Build and maintain the company’s contact management database/CRM platform ‘Goldmine’ according to sales pipeline and marketing campaign reporting demands.
- Co-ordinate new business meetings with the Sales Directors.
- Manage and maintain lead referrals through the Sales Pipeline.
- Work with the wider Marketing Team to follow up on tactical campaigns.
- Effective planning of time and tasks to ensure monthly sales and calling targets are achieved.
- Work with the Regional Sales Directors to identify target prospects, taking on board feedback from past prospect meetings.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Previous outbound business-to-business telesales experience.
- Experience in using a CRM system.
- Ability to demonstrate telephone sales techniques.
- Experience in customer services environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with high-level decision makers.
Desirable:
- Sales experience within the financial or professional services environment.
Education Qualifications:
Essential:
- Minimum of Maths and English GCSE Grade ‘C’ or equivalent.
Location:
- Brighton Head Office.
