The predicted salary is between 27000 - 33000 £ per year.
Responsible for receiving proposals from our clients, conducting initial due diligence and loading the proposals onto the CRM system. This process will require management of internal systems to enhance reporting and data on clients and decision making. In addition, they will also be responsible for receiving responses to these decisions and communicating them to either internal sales, external sales or customers as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log all proposals on internal systems, ensuring clear and accurate data is maintained to enhance our reporting capability and client management.
- Understand risk requirements to ensure that all proposals are submitted with adequate information to support a quick and smooth decision process.
- Build strong relationships with both the Credit Liaison Manager and the sales teams to ensure that information is communicated to the correct people in the appropriate timescales to manage customer expectations.
- Support the Credit Liaison Manager in creating reports on the business which Deal Origination Administrators are managing, contributing to improvements in these reports and opportunities for additional reporting opportunities.
- Ensure that the business works within its agreed SLAs for underwriting, building relationships with the underwriting function to ensure that decisions are received in good time and managing client expectations within those SLAs.
- Engage in Automation and process improvement discussions, acting as an SME for any projects which have the ability to enhance the role of the DOA.
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with all governance, regulatory and internal requirements, including the accurate and timely completion of all reporting and review activities mandated by regulatory bodies.
- Work collaboratively with the Risk function to ensure the consistent alignment of objectives, adhering fully to the principles of the Enterprise Risk Management framework of the business.
- Consistently operate within the framework of the FCA regulations, ensuring that the principles of Treating Customers Fairly are fully embedded in all customer interactions and business practices.

- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accuracy when handling data and repetitive tasks.
