Relationship Manager (Invoice Finance) Hemel Hempstead- 3 days a week Job Purpose: The relationship manager has ownership of a portfolio of clients, where you will be making decisions, through monitoring the client’s performance whilst providing them with a personal service. Responsibilities: Transaction Processing: * Running RBS and allocation of collections. * Schedule processing with adequate documents (invoices/timesheets). * Processing client payments. Account Management: * Overlooking credit control to ensure the debt is recovered. * Client service, including client visits. * Client performance reviews. * Risk analysis. * Understanding the client’s business. * Ensuring the invoices and supporting documents are legitimate. * Resolving any disputes. * Decision making. * Funding limits. * Setting up new customer accounts.
