Join our team where you will ensure the delivery of excellent service to a portfolio of clients allocated to you. Through building great relationships you’ll maximize client life and income, alongside managing risk of loss to the company through client bad debt.
Work as part of the Corporate team based in Manchester, you will spend your time split between the office and on the road visiting clients. Our ideal team member will have previous client management experience, including ABL and will possess excellent problem-solving and relationship building skills.
Responsibilities:- Manage and control a portfolio of invoice discounting and ABL clients.
- Minimise the risk of loss through use of risk management tools and implementation of risk management procedures.
- Maximise client life by ensuring delivery of excellent service, engaging Senior Management where appropriate and implement additional services where appropriate.
- Maximise income by ensuring the correct fee rates are maintained, and by ensuring additional fees are charged where appropriate.
- Undertake annual client reviews, and ad hoc reviews where facility changes are required and make appropriate presentations to Senior Management / company Board.
- Source new business opportunities for both company and the wider company group.
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
- You have Client Management experience and strong knowledge of ABL.
- You have Industry specific experience including exposure to credit & risk.
- You have a proven track record of building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- You’re an effective communicator both verbally and written.
- You can manage your own workload and time efficiently.
- You’re a strong team player.
- Not essential but great if you hold an ABFA qualification.
