The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
The Case Support Manager will:
- BDM Support:
- Answers and handles phone calls from brokers (when BDMs in meeting/on other calls)
- Chases the gathering of stips directly with the broker
- Sends and chases contracts directly with the customer
- Supports BDM with conversion of lower value/ lower Risk Grade offers directly with brokers
- Verifies key legal, identity, contact, and banking details against source documentation.
- Confirms all stips received prior to funding, and SF is fully updated
- Ensures all bank details are clearly shown in the system and have been validated prior to pay-out
- Ensure we have full information needed for pay-offs to other lenders and these details are all loaded to SF (account name, sort code, account number, amount, reference)
- Check that DD Mandate will be set up in all cases (there are still deals being posted to RTF channel with no DD mandate setup).
- Set stage to 'Ready to Fund' (there are still deals being posted to RTF channel with the stage not being set correctly)
