The Role:
BDM Support:
- Answers and handles phone calls from brokers (when BDMs in meeting/on other calls)
- Chases the gathering of stips directly with the broker
- Sends and chases contracts directly with the customer
- Supports BDM with conversion of lower value/ lower Risk Grade offers directly with brokers
UW support:
- Verifies key legal, identity, contact, and banking details against source documentation....
