The predicted salary is between 37800 - 46200 Β£ per year.
Relationship management of specific client portfolio, including monitoring of all controls, collateral management and processing, client payments, and analysis/reconciliation of data.
Responsibility for assisting Portfolio Manager (PM) and portfolio team with risk analysis.
Accurate daily Channel Finance data processing of information onto the system and upkeep of automated data points.
Maintenance of collateral audit database and ensure effective client service.
Assist and support the Portfolio Managers.
Ensure all daily client functions are completed, including cash, payments, reconciliation, and collateral updates.
Maintenance of records, automation spreadsheets, and other banking systems/standing data.
Support PMs to ensure compliance with all required reporting.
Daily checking of data, processing, and payments of data received.
EOM reconciliation of figures and data within company systems.
Chasing and updating monthly collateral (AR, stock, fixed asset valuation) figures.
Ensuring all monthly AR/stock reconciliations are processed within the month or timely manner and any issues escalated to PMs and Manager Operations.
Ensure timely receipt of statutory audited accounts, monthly management information, and client forecasts in accordance with the frequency required by Client documentation.
Liaising directly with sales support and other areas as required.
Processing client charges and facility transfers and GL postings.
Ability to read financial data and accurately transfer figures to specialist documents.
Good understanding of Asset Based Lending products and associated risk areas.
