The Role

  • The Case Support Manager will:
  • BDM Support: Answers and handles phone calls from brokers (when BDMs in meeting/on other calls)
  • Chases the gathering of stips directly with the broker
  • Sends and chases contracts directly with the customer
  • Supports BDM
