Job Description Senior Marketing Manager – leading on the marketing strategy for the private client and businesses offering of a rapidly growing and ambitious law firm. B2B and B2C marketing. London, Manchester, or Birmingham based. This major UK law firm is at a really exciting point in its evolution. It has ambitious plans for client growth both in the UK and international markets and with the appointment of a new Chief Marketing Officer, this is a really exciting time to be joining. In this Senior Marketing Manager role, you will lead the marketing strategy for the firm’s private client, business services and international offering. Therefore the role involves an interesting mix of B2B and B2C marketing. This role isn’t definitely not a campaign management role. It’s much more strategic where you will manage a team of campaign delivery managers and executives. The role will involve: Setting the marketing strategy for the private client, business services and international groups in alignment with business priorities; Segmenting different buyer audiences from private clients, intermediaries and business owners and understanding what drives buyer behaviour; Working with the business development team to create a seamless marketing offering cross-selling the different services to clients; Developing propositionsand go-to-market strategies that generate client growth; Managing a delivery team. You will already be operating at a strategic level in a Senior Marketing Manager role in a large and complex professional services environment. Experience of targeting either the private client market would be highly beneficial. Note that the role can be based in either London, Manchester or Birmingham.
