We are seeking a diligent and organised Administrator to support our Relationship Managers. This role includes processing finance paperwork, updating our CRM system, and supporting our network of AR. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee new finance applications, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Provide support to the Relationship Managers.
- Update our office CRM system ensuring that all client records are maintained.
- First point of contact for all email & phone enquiries into the commercial team.
- Support the Relationship Managers with the maintenance & management of the pipeline.
- Ensure all compliance regulation & legislation is adhered to where relevant.
About you:
- Educated to A Level / degree level or equivalent.
- Previous finance sector knowledge would be advantageous.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive problem-solver.
