Sales Associate

Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a pro‑active Part Time Sales Associate to join the team in London, reporting directly to the Store Manager. The Sales Associate will exhibit a friendly and outgoing attitude whilst delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience as part of our first international Flagship store team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain an outstanding level of customer service at all times
• Maintain the stores’ visual identity within brand guidelines through merchandising and stock replenishment
• Showcase excellent product and brand knowledge
• Work purposefully as part of a team to ensure daily objectives and goals are met
• Create a welcoming environment by greeting and interacting with customers, responding to queries regarding products and purchases.
• Provide recommendations based on product knowledge inline customer needs and preferences.
• Successfully operate till systems and transactions
• Act as an Aimé Leon Dore Brand Ambassador

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 year’s experience in Retail
• A proven record in delivering excellent customer service within a similar retail environment
• Keen attention to detail
• A pro‑active and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative
• Computer and till system literate
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs
• Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis
• Ability to stand and/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).
• Ability to withstand exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to curbside, truck unload, etc.
