Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a pro‐active Back of House (BOH) Associate to join the London retail team, reporting directly to the Inventory Specialist. This position will help support inventory management processes, ensuring accurate record‐keeping and product maintenance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with daily inventory replenishments
- Maintain all back of house and stockroom standards in line with brand expectations
- Assist with managing incoming deliveries and ensure shipment accuracy upon receipt
- Support with the creation of weekly stock management reports
- Share feedback on processes to help optimize efficiency throughout the season
- Assist with reviews of stock flow and storage processes
- Support management with cycle counts and stock takes
- Support merchandising teams in the preparation of floor moves and visual merchandising updates
Qualifications
- Experience in retail operations and stock handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as a team with a keen attention to detail
