A day in the life of…
This role requires an exceptionally hands on, motivational manager who will work side by side with their team, ensuring standards and service are delivered consistently, providing a first-class service to all of our guests. Reporting into the Director of Operations, you will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and guidance to your supervisory and wider teams, whist working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the Conference & Events Centre.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. At Aimbridge we look for personality over experience, so it goes without saying that you will have bags of personality and a real flair for hospitality. You will also need the following:
- Previous experience of leading high-volume C&E operations is essential for this role
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and prioritise needs
- Ability to effectively coach, support, develop and mentor a winning team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great organisational, administrative and management skills
