A day in the life of… As Night Auditor/Duty Manager, you will work closely with the Front Office Manager and be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests and staff during the night. As an ambassador to the hotel, you will use your expertise to always deliver a first‑class service to all guests. You will ensure a minimum of 2 security checks are carried out on each shift, with emphasis on fire safety and overall security of the building, as well as conducting the nightly audit to close the day’s business and liaise with the accounts team to ensure accuracy.

Based in the Holiday Inn Southend, you will be part of a family of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. Located next to London Southend Airport, Holiday Inn Southend boasts 129 modern bedrooms, conference & events facilities and ’1935’ our Rooftop restaurant and bar.
