Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Hotel Stores Controller to join our team. You will manage purchasing, receiving, storing and issuing food and beverage items, consumables and other hotel supplies to support smooth day-to-day operations across the property.
Daily duties include checking deliveries against orders and invoices, recording discrepancies, maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with monthly stock takes to protect margins and ensure stock is rotated correctly.
