A day in the life of… As Hotel Finance Assistant you’ll be responsible for assisting the finance team in managing the financial operations of our amazing hotel. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. You will get the chance to upskill on your journey with us and assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and analysis. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.

What do we need from you? You’ll have a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Familiar with financial software and systems, including QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP and able to use these tools to manage financial data, perform financial analysis, and prepare financial reports. You will display strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and communication skills to effectively manage financial information and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. You should have a good understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations, and be able to apply them in a hotel setting. You should also be comfortable working with financial data and have a basic understanding of financial analysis.
