Responsibilities

As the hotel's Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations. This includes recruiting, managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, developing menus, maintaining inventory and budgets, and enforcing health and safety regulations.

You will be responsible for overseeing 2 Restaurant Outlets with an average of 250 covers per evening, Rooms Service & Meeting & Events.

You’ll always work with Aimbridge’s four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food and beverage management or a related field.
  • A deep understanding of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.
  • You’ll be an inspirational leader with first‑class communication and organisational skills.
  • You’ll be equipped with a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
