We're now looking for a VP of Operations to lead performance across a region within our UK portfolio, and to help shape strategic direction as we continue to grow.
The Role
Reporting to the Divisional President, you will provide strategic oversight across a diverse portfolio of branded and independent properties within our UK portfolio. This role will partner owners through each stage of the management lifecycle, from transition to exit, helping them to make informed, confident decisions that drive asset value and maximise return on investment. You’ll anticipate owner needs and build trust through proactive insight and action, whilst leading a culture rooted in commercial rigour and people‑centred leadership throughout the region.
What we're looking for

- Experience: successfully partnering multiple owner groups through complexity.
- Commercial fluency: across revenue management, distribution, digital and margin strategy.
- Owner‑aligned thinking: transparent, accountable and able to justify investment with confidence.
- People‑first leadership: building business resilience through strong talent pipelines and empowered leaders.
- Technology intelligence: bringing the ability to evaluate ROI, enable adoption and work alongside data‑driven teams.
- Organisational agility: comfortable navigation of complexity, transitions and new openings across a multi‑market portfolio.
- Growth mindset: understands the development pipeline and leverages existing and new relationships to support sustainable growth.
