Ready to take the next step in your career and #GoBeyond? Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA are now seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join the team at our Birmingham office. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for auditing and creating content across a variety of online channels for multiple hotels. From writing optimized copy, to conducting keyword research to analyzing and reporting on results to drive continual improvement.

As Digital Marketing Executive, your role will also include:

  • Support hotel commercial plans, ensuring digital integration with wider marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Auditing and creating content across all online channels, including websites, OTAs, metasearch and third-party
  • Optimising websites for search, improving user experience and generating leads and conversions
  • Keyword research and implementation
  • Implement paid distribution strategies across a number of channels, including Google Ad Words, review and report on performance
  • Use Canva to create engaging graphics for websites
  • Ensure delivery of high quality, engaging and consistent copy across all online channels
  • Keeping up-to-date with digital trends and algorithm updates, suggesting ideas to enhance the digital strategy of the organisation
  • Analyse monthly performance, produce reports and suggest strategies to support metric improvement

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Degree level or equivalent with digital marketing experience (2-year minimum)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Ad Words and SEM Rush
  • Hospitality experience and knowledge of brand systems would be desirable
