As a Chef in a hotel, you will work as part of a kitchen team to prepare and cook a range of dishes to menu specifications.

You will assist senior chefs with food preparation and ensure that all food is prepared and served to a high standard of quality and presentation.

You will also maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas, follow all food safety and health regulations, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

What do we need from you?

  • Proven experience in a similar role in hospitality or fast-food environment, with a strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques, and a willingness to continually develop culinary skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from senior chefs.
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including adherence to food safety regulations and proper use of kitchen equipment and cleaning products.
  • Good communication skills, willingness to work as part of a team, and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Most importantly, to be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
