A day in the life of…
As Cluster Chief Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience. You will be working on your own initiative to ensure that the hotel is always operating at the highest standards. You will manage all proactive and reactive maintenance, Capital Expenditure Plan, external contractors, and hotels maintenance team in line with the departmental budget. As the Health and Safety Officer, you will support HOD’s to ensure all teams are correctly trained in the use of equipment and health & safety standards within the hotel.
Based in the Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites London Heathrow Bath Road you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
What do we need from you?
You\’ll have a Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Maintenance role at managerial level with experience in one or more building trades and experience conducting first level fault finding. You\’ll be able to be the hotel Energy Champion and engage with the company and brand standard policy’s and initiatives at all times.
