Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is hiring a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at one of our venues.
You will prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty and help train junior chefs under the direction of the head chef.
You will contribute to menu development, ensure strict hygiene standards and health and safety compliance, and monitor portions and waste to protect profit margins.
