Our property at Manchester International Airport, located near all three terminals, features 542 bedrooms across two sites. It includes two busy restaurants: a branded lobby menu and an independent Turkish restaurant serving fresh food, averaging 250-350 covers daily.

A day in the life of… As a Chef de Partie, your responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialty. You will manage and train demi-chef de parties or commis, assist the sous and head chefs in developing new dishes and menus, and ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety. Monitoring portion sizes and waste to maintain profit margins is also essential. Your role is vital to the success of the kitchen and hotel’s food and beverage operations.
