A day in the life of…
As a Breakfast Assistant, you will ensure guests have a positive, first-class dining experience. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation when needed. You will work flexibly to support the wider team. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are essential, and you will work with Aimbridge’s four pillars of Food and Beverage: People, Product, Guest, and Performance.
What do we need from you?
- Experience in Food and Beverage is not essential, but a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and adhering to brand standards is important
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests professionally and courteously
