As our Hotel Reservationist, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the reservations process from start to finish for our guests. This includes coordinating group bookings from quote to contracting to arrival, meeting room conference bookings, and ensuring that all reservations are accurate and up to date. You’ll manage reservation systems, communicate with guests and other departments within the hotel, and ensure that all reservations are properly documented. You’ll also be responsible for managing room inventory and rates, as well as overseeing the work of reservation agents and other staff members.
