This is a brilliant step-up role for an experienced reservations professional who is ready to move into broader leadership, exposure and commercial influence. As Assistant Central Reservations Office Manager, you’ll be helping to lead a centralised reservations function that sits at the heart of the commercial and guest journey. You’ll balance day-to-day operational excellence with coaching, performance management and a growing understanding of how reservations performance drives revenue, conversion and guest satisfaction across the wider hotel portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, thrives on improving processes, and wants visibility into how strategic commercial decisions are made — while still having the space to develop their leadership style.

The Role

Working closely with the Central Reservations Office Manager, you’ll help ensure the reservations team consistently delivers a high-quality, efficient and guest-focused service. You’ll support the coordination of daily activity, help manage workload, and act as a go-to escalation point for both the team and hotel partners. You’ll play an active role in coaching and developing Reservations Advisors, supporting onboarding, training and ongoing performance conversations. You’ll also contribute to team engagement, rota planning and cover, helping create a positive, structured and accountable working environment. Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll be encouraged to get involved in reporting, quality monitoring and continuous improvement activity — identifying trends, spotting opportunities to improve conversion, and supporting initiatives that enhance both commercial performance and the guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll already have solid experience within a reservations or contact‑centre‑style hospitality environment and be comfortable handling volume, complexity and competing priorities. You may already be acting as a senior advisor, team lead or deputy — or you may simply be ready for that next step. You’ll bring a calm, organised approach, confidence when dealing with people, and a genuine interest in developing others. Strong communication skills are key, alongside good commercial awareness and an appetite to learn how central reservations fits into the broader revenue picture. Leadership experience doesn’t need to be formal — what matters most is your potential, credibility with peers, and desire to grow.

Why Join Us?

You’ll be joining a central function with real influence, working closely with commercial, operations and hotel teams across the wider business. This role offers exposure, development and progression, with the opportunity to build leadership capability while remaining hands‑on and connected to the guest journey. If you’re looking for a step‑up role that blends people leadership, operational excellence and commercial visibility, this is a fantastic opportunity to move your career forward.
