When the General Manager is away, you will oversee departments, boost revenue, keep costs in check, and help teammates shine. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Captain of Collaboration: Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager.
  • Master of Solutions: Proactively spot challenges and tackle them to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Talent Scout & Coach: Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff, and develop all team members through ongoing programs.
  • Messenger Extraordinaire: Listen actively, understand concerns, and maintain clear communication with colleagues and guests.
  • Numbers Ninja: Work confidently with financial data to support hotel operations.
  • Tech Trailblazer: Utilize Windows Operating Systems for management and reporting.
  • Organization Champion: Set standards for professional appearance and grooming.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

At least five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or Food & Beverage), or a four‑year degree with 2–3 years, or a two‑year degree with 3–4 years of related experience. Supervisory background required. Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure. Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
