We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Administrator to support the marketing activity across a cluster of hotels at Manchester Airport. This is an entry level role, ideal for someone early in their marketing career with a strong interest in social media, digital marketing, paid campaigns and copywriting, and who is keen to learn within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You will support day-to-day marketing activity, helping to drive brand awareness, revenue and engagement across multiple hotel brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content
- Support the planning, creation and scheduling of paid social media content across hotel channels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok as relevant)
- Write engaging captions, short-form copy and basic blog or website content
- Assist with content creation including photography, video and reels (on-property where required)
- Monitor engagement, comments and messages, escalating where needed
- Paid Campaigns & Digital Marketing
- Support the setup and optimisation of paid campaigns (Meta, Google, OTA or brand platforms)
- Assist with campaign tracking, basic reporting and performance analysis
- Support promotional campaigns for rooms, meetings, events, F&B and seasonal offers
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure brand alignment
- Copywriting & Brand Support
- Write and proofread marketing copy for emails, websites, offers, brochures and sales collateral
- Ensure brand tone of voice and guidelines are followed across all materials
- Support updates to hotel websites and third-party listings
- Campaign & Admin Support
- Assist with email marketing campaigns (content, segmentation and scheduling)
- Support the Sales, Revenue and Operations teams with marketing requests
- Help coordinate agency activity where applicable
- Maintain marketing assets, folders and content libraries
