Aimbridge Hospitality is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in the UK. You will prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard while training junior staff and supporting the head chef in menu development. Maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards is essential, along with monitoring portions and waste to protect margins.
You will work closely with the sous chef and head chef to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our hotel food and beverage operations.
