If you thrive on spotting opportunities, building networks, and turning conversations into commercial success, this is your moment.
At Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, we’re part of a global powerhouse in hotel management. We work with some of the world’s most recognised brands – from Hilton and Marriott to IHG and Accor – and we’re proud to bring people-first hospitality to life across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
As part of the Aimbridge family, you’ll enjoy global career opportunities and industry-leading training, along with fantastic perks. These include hotel discounts across our portfolio (with up to 50% off food, beverage, and spa), flexible working options, and access to Wagestream so you can draw down up to 40% of your pay as you earn it. You’ll also have the support of a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme and benefit from lucrative referral schemes.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our hotel’s growth. You’ll seek out and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments, while building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners. Representing the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings will be a key part of your day, as will working closely with marketing and operations to deliver compelling proposals and campaigns. Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity is essential, and you’ll keep senior leadership informed with regular reports on pipeline and performance.
This is a role for someone who lives and breathes networking – someone who knows how to open doors, build trust, and create long-term partnerships.
You’ll bring proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within hospitality or a service-led industry. Confidence in communication, negotiation, and presentation is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Organisation and attention to detail matter, as does being a team player who collaborates across departments to deliver results. Above all, you’ll be passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
