As Night Supervisor, you will work closely with the Night Manager to ensure the safety and security of hotel guests and staff during the night. You will act as an ambassador to the hotel, delivering first‑class service, conducting security checks, fire safety inspections, nightly audits, and liaising with the accounts team for accuracy. You will also support operations in food and beverage, maintenance, and other areas, providing excellent customer service and teamwork across the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and security of guests and staff during night shifts.
- Conduct thorough security checks and enforce fire safety protocols.
- Perform nightly audits to close the day's business and verify accuracy.
- Liaise with the accounts team to reconcile financial records.
- Support operational departments (food & beverage, maintenance, etc.) with customer‑service excellence.
- Lead and motivate the night team to meet service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
- Excellent customer‑service skills and ability to handle guest complaints.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and common computer systems.
- Ability to work independently in a night‑shift environment.
- Minimum age 18 years and comfortable commuting to and from the hotel.
