A day in the life of…

As a Front Office Associate, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/out process. You will keep the Front Office Manager informed of relevant guest feedback and collaborate with other departments. Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services and facilities through up-selling techniques. Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

Based at Radisson Blu Cardiff, you will be part of a passionate team that values quality over clock-watching.
