A day in the life of…
As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage operations, including staff recruitment and management, menu development, budgeting, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety standards. You will ensure the highest levels of customer service while driving efficiency, profitability, and innovation across all F&B outlets. The role requires analysing sales and financial performance, monitoring industry trends, and working closely with sales and marketing to promote our offerings. In addition to leading and motivating the F&B team, you will support the General Manager by responding to guest feedback, maintaining service standards, and contributing to operational excellence across all hotel departments. This position demands strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, alongside a deep knowledge of hospitality best practices and a flexible, hands-on approach to supporting the wider hotel team.
You\'ll always work with Aimbridge’s four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.
