We’re now on the lookout for a visionary Executive Head Chef to bring passion, creativity, flair and leadership to our culinary offering. In this role, you’ll work in close collaboration with world-renowned chef and restaurateur Jean-Christophe Novelli, offering a rare opportunity to help shape an extraordinary dining experience and leave a lasting mark on our growing legacy.

Novelli at City Quays is a stylish Mediterranean and French influenced brasserie open all day offering lunch and afternoon tea through to dinner, a great place for after work cocktails and tapas at our bar.
A peek behind the scenes of the role
As Executive Head Chef, you’ll steer our kitchen team to create innovative and delicious dishes to delight our guests, whilst working in close collaboration with the world-renowned chef and restaurateur Jean-Christophe Novelli.
In this role, you will be responsible for menu development, maintaining culinary excellence and creative food presentation with the freedom to work with the freshest ingredients to drive first class guest experiences.
Beyond the pass, you’ll drive kitchen standards and a class team culture, nurturing future talent and driving your brigade forward to success.
