A day in the life of…
As Hotel Conference and Events Supervisor, you will oversee all conference and events operations, partner with the Conference and Events Manager in recruiting and managing staff, ensure high customer service standards, develop menus, manage inventory and budgets, and enforce health and safety regulations. You will monitor industry trends, analyze sales and financial reports, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel\’s offerings. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with knowledge of food and beverage standards, are essential.
