As our Hotel Sales & Market Manager, youâll be the driving force behind our commercial success. Youâll lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and crafting sales strategies that align with our brand and guest experience. Youâll work closely with operations and GM to ensure every client feels valued and every opportunity is maximised.

What weâre looking for
Weâre seeking a confident, proactive sales & marketing professional with a passion for hospitality and a talent for building relationships. Youâll bring proven experience in salesâideally within the hospitality sectorâand a natural ability to communicate, negotiate, and influence. Youâll be organised, collaborative, and driven by results, with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
What do we need from you?
- Sales & Marketing Experience : For this role, itâs essential that you have prior sales & marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. You should be familiar with the sales process, including identifying leads, creating proposals, and closing deals. ideally, you should also be comfortable negotiating contracts and able to explain complex concepts in a simple and persuasive manner.
- Communication Skills : As the face of our hotel you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and able to articulate the hotel\âs value proposition clearly and confidently to potential clients. we\âre looking for someone who can build rapport with clients and develop positive relationships with them.
- Teamwork : As a key member of our hotel, you should be able to work collaboratively with other teams, including marketing, operations, and finance. They should be able to share information and work towards common goals to ensure the hotel\âs success.
- Organisation and Attention to Detail : It goes without saying, but in such a fast paced role, you\âll need to be organised and detail-oriented. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
