Your Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy at Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Airport. This is a flexible position across four days per week, perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and uncovering new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll take ownership of developing the corporate market, securing long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll manage annual RFP process, craft compelling business cases, and explore new airline partnerships to boost transient and crew business. Your work will also involve engaging with local large scale conference centre stakeholders to identify upcoming events and opportunities, while proactively targeting group business aligned with the hotel’s capabilities. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with marketing and operations to ensure every opportunity is maximised and every client feels valued.
