Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is a global leader in the hotel management and hospitality industry, with years of combined expertise in all aspects of hotel management across a wide range of hotels and brands. From brand new hotels built from the ground up and luxury full-service hotels to select-service and extended-stay properties, we partner our owners to optimise their investment.

We're now looking for a VP of Operations to lead performance across a region within our UK portfolio, and to help shape strategic direction as we continue to grow.

The role involves providing strategic oversight across a diverse portfolio of branded and independent properties within our UK portfolio. As the conduit between the business and our owners, you will lead a regional team of functional specialists to provide an exceptional service to our owners that reflects our vision to be the most trusted partner and operator in the market.

This role will partner owners through each stage of the management lifecycle, from transition to exit, helping them to make informed, confident decisions that drive asset value and maximise return on investment. You will anticipate owner needs and build trust through proactive insight and action, whilst leading a culture rooted in commercial rigour and people-centred leadership throughout the region.
