As Hotel Maintenance Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's facilities, equipment, and grounds are well-maintained and in good working order. The role involves responding to maintenance requests, performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring the hotel's facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained for guests and employees. This role is crucial in ensuring that guests have a first-class enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other equipment commonly found in hotels.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
