As Hotel Finance Assistant you'll be responsible for assisting the finance team in managing the financial operations of our amazing hotel. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. You will get the chance to upskill on your journey with us and assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and analysis. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems. Most importantly, to be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
Qualifications
- You hold a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience.
- You are familiar with financial software such as QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP and can use these tools to manage financial data, perform financial analysis, and prepare financial reports.
- You possess strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and communication skills to effectively manage financial information and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have a good understanding of financial principles, practices and regulations, and can apply them in a hotel setting.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
