Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all sales enquiries are dealt with in a proactive manner and converted to confirmed bookings, to the agreed company standards using the company Sales Conversation techniques.
- Understand the business and keep up to date with the hotel's selling strategy, letting policy, and promotions.
- Ensure that all reservations are directly inputted into the Opera system and maintain an accurate filing system.
- Ensure the team is aware of referral procedures when denying enquiries.
- Ensure that no shows and cancellation charges are dealt with daily.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
- Ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience in either a guest-facing role or on the phone.
- Experience with the reservations systems - Opera V5 & Opera Cloud will be a huge advantage.
