Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect goods to ensure they are in good condition.
  • Direct received deliveries to the respective departments.
  • Maintain clear and organised records, uploading delivery notes and invoices to the relevant finance platform and filing them accordingly.
  • Conduct regular stock taking and ensure delivery areas are clean and well maintained.
  • Apply strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills to effectively manage financial information and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to financial principles, practices and regulations within a hotel setting.

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of financial principles, practices and regulations; basic knowledge of financial analysis.
  • Equivalent work experience in a branded environment.
  • Knowledge of Procure Wizard is an added advantage.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Passion for providing an exceptional guest experience and commitment to brand standards.
