This role is suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, delivering great service and contributing to the smooth running of events.

As a Conference and Events Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring that every event runs to a high standard, from initial set up through to delivery.

Whether supporting weddings, corporate functions or private events, you will help create a positive and professional experience for guests and clients.

This is a great opportunity to build your experience in hospitality, develop your confidence and gain exposure to how events are delivered within a busy hotel environment., In this role, you will contribute directly to how events are delivered, how guests experience the space and how the team works together to achieve high standards.

You will support the preparation and running of conferences and events, including setting up rooms, serving food, working in a busy bar setting, and ensuring all areas are presented to a high standard.

You will respond to guest requests throughout events, helping to create a smooth and enjoyable experience.

You will work closely with colleagues across the hotel, supporting communication between teams and ensuring that each event runs efficiently.

You will also maintain clean and organised work areas, following health and safety standards at all times.

Success in this role looks like consistently well-delivered events, positive guest feedback and growing confidence in handling a range of event types and service situations.
