As our Hotel Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our hotel to potential clients. You'll use your excellent communication and negotiation skills to generate revenue by selling our services and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and creating sales strategies in collaboration with our marketing and operations teams. It's important that you maintain positive relationships with existing clients, track industry trends, and provide regular reports to senior management. Most importantly, to be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Prior sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Familiarity with the sales process, including identifying leads, creating proposals, and closing deals. Comfortable negotiating contracts and able to explain complex concepts in a simple and persuasive manner.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate the hotel's value proposition clearly and confidently to potential clients. Strong rapport-building with clients and a knack for developing positive relationships.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and finance teams to share information and work towards common goals.
