As the hotel's Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations.

This includes recruiting. managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, developing menus, maintaining inventory and budgets, and enforcing health and safety regulations.

The manager must also monitor industry trends, analyse sales and financial reports, and work with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel's food and beverage offerings.

The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills, as well as a deep knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.
