Breakfast Food & Beverage Team Member
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Replenish breakfast buffet and maintain a clean and organised dining area
- Assist with restocking supplies and support food preparation as needed
- Seamlessly transition to set up for lunch and dinner services
- Handle payments and process transactions
- Work with Aimbridge's four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- Agile support of colleagues across the hotel
- Passion for providing an exceptional guest experience and living through brand standards
- Availability for early starts (from 0300am onwards), both weekdays and weekends, and flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
