As the hotel's Food and Beverage Manager/Operations manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations. Ensuring the standards are exceeded and all service targets are met, this includes recruiting and managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, overseeing the kitchen and supporting menu development, maintaining inventory and budgets, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The manager must also monitor industry trends, analyze sales and financial reports, and work with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel's food and beverage offerings. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.
