- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (Massage Route) – Essential
- Elemis Training – Preferred (but not essential)
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests frequently and provide assistance, guidance, and ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
- Detail-oriented and capable of ensuring that leisure club facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times; able to identify and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and management on a regular basis and ensure guests’ needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
