As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will play a key part in providing an exceptional welcome to our guests, ensuring they are looked after and attended to in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms and ensure linen is replaced and amenities are replenished.
- Comply fully with all regulations relating to Health & Safety, Food Handling, Fire Procedures and COSHH.
- Maintain the hotel's reputation for excellent customer service.
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well‑maintained.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning within allotted timeframes.
